In our technology-driven society advertising needs to step it up. I feel this is a very effective way to promote such a product as CFG (Cosmo for Guys) because it peers inside the minds of women. Hence the irony!
Here’s an eye-opening read about the teen segment’s media consumption. It’s sad, but true! In my research, it has become apparent that teens are not taught how to properly use technology. Social networking is going nowhere- there is no use in trying to get rid of it- teens today need to be educated on how to apply it to their daily lives. They need to be educated on its pros and cons. In addition to this article, I would highly recommend the PBS specials Growing Up Online and Digital Nation.
